Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects to verify adherence to blueprints and safety standards
- Document violations and issue corrective action reports with photographic evidence
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and city officials to resolve compliance issues
- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare compliance documentation
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and project progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA, and municipal building codes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of construction inspection experience
- OSHA 30-hour Construction certification required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints
