Responsibilities
- Lead Federal Investigations: Direct and oversee complex investigations into potential breaches of federal regulations and internal policies.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement updated compliance frameworks to align with evolving UK federal laws and guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with federal agencies, legal teams, and executive leadership to communicate compliance status and findings.

- Training & Mentorship: Train junior staff and federal partners on best practices for regulatory adherence.

Qualifications
- UK Citizenship: Must be a UK citizen or hold permanent right to reside in the UK (mandatory for Federal roles).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal compliance, auditing, or a related public sector role.
- Security Clearance: Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC or DV) is essential.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of UK federal financial regulations and government procurement laws.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders.
