Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and execution of strategic public policy initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for public records requests and audits.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose evidence-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a government, public sector, or regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and government case management software.
- Strong understanding of Florida state government protocols and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
