Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policymakers and developers, to define technical requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within the public sector or a large enterprise.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Deep understanding of data security, privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and IT governance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
