Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level information systems.
- Collaborate with federal and state stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and system testing to ensure data integrity.
- Develop technical documentation and support legacy system migrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis within a government or large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, or .NET technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
