Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support state policy development and legislative initiatives.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for executive leadership and state boards.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment with state strategic goals and compliance standards.
- Manage confidential documentation and ensure strict adherence to government regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide clear communication regarding project timelines and deliverables.
- Perform audits and quality control checks on administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government operations, public sector analysis, or administrative management.
- Strong proficiency in government software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
