Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official government records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
- Process personnel and payroll documentation for state employees with high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with constituents, vendors, and internal departments to resolve inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the departmental budget and expenditures.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support policy decisions and administrative functions.
- Coordinate scheduling and meetings for senior government officials.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, clerical work, or public sector environments.
