Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks and security protocols during the evening and night shifts.
- Data Management: Accurately process, enter, and maintain high volumes of government records and digital databases.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and assist visitors, staff, and vendors, ensuring security compliance and a professional reception.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours inquiries, escalating critical issues to the appropriate supervisors.
- Report Generation: Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and operational status.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on office equipment and communication systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government or corporate administrative role, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by state policy.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Residency: Must be a current resident of Los Angeles County, California.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
