Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-million dollar state programs with fiscal responsibility and compliance oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs
- Develop innovative solutions for public sector challenges using data-driven methodologies
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local government stakeholders for policy implementation
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend strategic improvements to senior leadership
- Manage grant allocation processes and ensure regulatory adherence
- Prepare comprehensive reports for the Governor's Office and State Legislature
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in state/federal government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $2M
- Strong understanding of Ohio Revised Code and federal regulations
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with C-suite experience
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent public sector credential
