Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry for federal and state records.
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service support to agency staff and visitors during weekend operations.
- Conduct routine audits of departmental files and databases to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets during off-peak hours.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports as required by agency management.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for government security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or government sector work.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting process.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
