Responsibilities
- Process and verify public service applications and documentation with high accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Assist constituents and visitors with inquiries regarding state programs, benefits, and policies.
- Maintain and update confidential databases in strict accordance with government compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless weekend operations and workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine data entry, filing, and general office administration tasks.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in all government-related matters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in government, public administration, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
