Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical state applications and databases
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Document infrastructure changes and create disaster recovery protocols
- Lead server migrations and cloud transformation projects
- Train junior staff on best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure with 2+ years in government/public sector
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent network certification required
- Expertise in Cisco, VMware, AWS, and Active Directory
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
