Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal, state, and local regulatory compliance protocols during overnight operations
- Conduct comprehensive audits of public safety facilities and procedures during night shift hours
- Document and report compliance violations using standardized government reporting systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency management teams
- Maintain secure records of compliance activities and regulatory changes
- Respond to urgent compliance incidents during nighttime hours
- Train staff on updated compliance regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years government compliance or public safety experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with government compliance software (e.g., SAM.gov, Grants.gov)
- Strong knowledge of federal/state/local regulations (FEMA, OSHA, HIPAA)
- Successful completion of background investigation and polygraph examination
