Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based government policies aligned with national priorities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on socioeconomic trends and legislative impacts
- Collaborate with Whitehall departments, ministers, and external stakeholders
- Prepare high-impact briefings and policy recommendations for senior officials
- Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments

- Ensure compliance with UK legislation and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in policy development or public sector advisory role
- Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related field
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Deep understanding of UK government structures and processes
- Exceptional written communication with ability to produce complex reports
- Proven stakeholder management experience at senior levels
- Security clearance eligibility (SC-level required)
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPFA, IPA) preferred
