Responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative and operational tasks during assigned weekend shifts.
- Manage and process incoming public inquiries, applications, and documents efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with state regulations, privacy laws, and internal protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for federal and state reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of services during off-hours.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and shift summaries for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service to community members visiting the facility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in government, public administration, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have valid work authorization.
