Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex policy proposals aligned with state strategic goals
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using public data sets and stakeholder interviews
- Collaborate with 15+ state agencies on cross-functional initiatives
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
- Monitor federal regulatory changes and assess Kentucky compliance requirements
- Manage policy implementation pilot programs in Louisville metro area
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years government policy experience with demonstrated impact
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (SPSS/R) and GIS mapping
- Proven ability to navigate complex legislative processes
- Superior written/verbal communication with executive audiences
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean record
