Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years government policy analysis or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, and Tableau for data modeling
- Expert knowledge of Arizona state government operations
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Strong written communication skills (sample writing test required)
