Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of state government IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect sensitive state data and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure roadmaps aligned with state digital transformation goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive IT infrastructure management experience
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (required)
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CMMC)
- Experience managing government IT projects and compliance requirements
- Strong vendor management and procurement background
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to operate in high-pressure environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (required for statewide travel)
