Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and draft policy recommendations
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research for decision-making
- Collaborate with state legislators and agency directors
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries
- Monitor federal policy developments affecting Georgia
- Present findings at legislative committee hearings
- Manage inter-agency task force initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R/SPSS)
- Expert knowledge of Georgia legislative processes
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
