Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along an established route using a USPS vehicle
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in various weather conditions
- Sort, sequence, and organize mail efficiently at the distribution center
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at residences/businesses
- Complete required delivery documentation and maintain route logs
- Adhere to strict USPS safety protocols and delivery time standards
- Assist with special delivery projects during peak seasons
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to/from distribution facility
