Responsibilities
- Sort, load, and deliver mail and parcels along designated routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic laws
- Collect and process postage payments from customers
- Report mail irregularities and maintain delivery records
- Operate delivery scanners and USPS technology systems
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections
Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to walk up to 6 hours daily in all weather
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
