Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, permits, and vehicle registrations efficiently
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Assist customers with online portal navigation and digital services
- Resolve inquiries regarding traffic citations and compliance matters
- Maintain detailed records of transactions using our proprietary DMV software
- Collaborate with enforcement agencies for compliance verification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital databases
- Excellent communication skills in English and basic knowledge of Hawaiian Pidgin
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Valid Hawaii driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
