Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID applications with precision and efficiency
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize specialized software to manage transactions and maintain secure records
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong computer proficiency with ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid New Mexico driver's license required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
