Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and title transactions with precision and efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy and professionalism
- Verify documentation, input data accurately into DMV systems, and maintain strict confidentiality
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints using problem-solving techniques and policy knowledge

Qualifications
