Qualifications

- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and state procurement laws.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with federal grant management software is a plus.
