Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and R
- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on data integration projects
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries and visualizations
- Implement data quality controls and validation protocols
- Support audit preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of federal data compliance frameworks
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with large-scale database management systems
