Responsibilities
- Process and verify federal pension applications, retirement claims, and benefit requests with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with federal retirees regarding their pension status, inquiries, and required documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive federal records and personal data in compliance with security protocols.
- Assist in the calculation of pension contributions, adjustments, and retirement estimates.
- Collaborate with the federal payroll and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless benefit distribution.
- Update and manage internal databases regarding pension plan enrollments and changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (Federal job requirement).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
