Role Overview:
As a Federal Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow within our federal division. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance and supporting senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official federal records and filing systems with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare, compose, and edit a variety of correspondence, reports, and memos for senior officials.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and public events.
- Assist in the processing of federal applications and verifying documentation for compliance.
- Monitor office inventory and requisition necessary supplies and equipment.
- Conduct research and gather data to support policy implementation and administrative decision-making.
- Act as the liaison between federal staff and the local community.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, clerical work, or government services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance investigation.
- Reliable transportation and valid Georgia driver’s license.
