Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of federal policies, regulations, and legislative changes.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior management and government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor compliance standards and ensure adherence to federal guidelines and protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government contracting, policy analysis, or a related federal role.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government-specific data management systems.
