Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of federal contracts, from proposal development to closeout and performance reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Analyze contract data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly status reports, budget forecasts, and compliance documentation to program managers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual changes and amendments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contract management, program analysis, or government consulting.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS, and government contracting processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, COTS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
