Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal grant applications and compliance documentation in Los Angeles.
- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure adherence to OPM and GSA regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on pension contributions and employee benefits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding federal contract performance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government data and personnel records.
- Assist in the transition of legacy systems to modern federal standards.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and valid US Passport are required for federal roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting or federal compliance.
- Strong understanding of the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance screening.
