Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal grant applications and compliance documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to federal regulations.
- Coordinate with state and local agencies to facilitate inter-agency communication.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership regarding program performance and metrics.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government information and personnel records.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new federal personnel.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders regarding federal programs.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
