Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and support tasks for federal systems during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with on-call leads to ensure all project deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all daily activities.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and valid Federal Government security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a government, military, or federal contractor environment.
- Availability to work rotating weekends, holidays, and off-peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
