Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal applications and documentation with high accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Perform data entry and maintain secure electronic filing systems in full compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws.
- Conduct initial eligibility screenings and provide exceptional customer service to federal applicants via phone and email.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and personal information.
- Coordinate with team leads to resolve application discrepancies and manage weekend backlog issues efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and compliance documentation for agency review.
- Adhere to all agency safety protocols and security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: United States Citizenship is mandatory for federal positions.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotational schedule.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government case management software.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
