Responsibilities
- Monitor federal systems and networks during the night shift for anomalies and security breaches.

- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and remote teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols and compliance standards.
- Generate daily reports on system performance and operational status.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of basic hardware and software issues within the workspace.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal employment requirements.

- Previous experience in government contracting, call centers, or night shift operations is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
