Responsibilities
- Monitor and process high-volume federal applications and documentation during night shifts.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency policies.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for sensitive government records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily operations.
- Conduct preliminary quality assurance checks on assigned tasks before submission.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for federal employment).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard federal background investigation and security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or data processing.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
