Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze federal data systems during night operations to ensure accuracy and security.
- Perform data entry and document management tasks in compliance with strict government regulations.
- Respond to inquiries from federal agency stakeholders via phone and email during designated shifts.
- Conduct routine system checks and troubleshooting to maintain operational uptime.
- Adhere to all security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of information.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance eligibility.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
