Responsibilities
- Monitor Federal Operations: Oversee and manage critical data systems, communication channels, and security protocols during the night shift.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere strictly to all federal regulations, security clearance requirements, and agency policies.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any anomalies, security breaches, or operational issues immediately to the on-call supervisor.
- Clear Communication: Maintain effective communication with morning shift teams to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities.
- Data Integrity: Process, verify, and maintain accurate records of federal documents and incoming communications.
- Support Services: Provide essential administrative support to federal agencies during peak operational periods.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in government, administrative, or security-related roles is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in standard office software.
- Background: Must pass a background investigation, drug screening, and medical exam.
