Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to federal project managers and stakeholders in the Jacksonville area.
- Manage and organize complex documentation, ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations and security protocols.
- Coordinate scheduling for internal team meetings and external client briefings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for federal contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries regarding ongoing federal projects.
Qualifications
- United States citizenship is required for this role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, government contracting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
