Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant compliance and program implementation across Tennessee districts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Health Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal/state government program management experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- Expertise in federal grant regulations (CFDA, 2 CFR 200)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, SAS)
- Strong stakeholder management across government/nonprofit sectors
- U.S. citizenship required
