Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federal grant applications and reporting requirements.
- Conduct daily site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with federal safety standards.
- Communicate complex federal regulations to clients and stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and submit timecards for the daily pay system.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for regional federal operations.
- Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate the enrollment process for the pension plan.
- Ensure all documentation meets strict federal auditing standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting or federal administration.
- Strong understanding of US Federal regulations and compliance protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and security clearance verification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal database management systems.
