- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all agency interactions and case files.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring that all local government procedures adhere to state and federal regulations.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily pay inquiries and general agency information.
- Record Keeping: Update internal databases and prepare daily reports for department supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex regulations to the public.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, in-office work.
