Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis for policy development and reporting.
- Manage and coordinate federal grant applications, including compliance and reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to state and local government regulations and compliance standards.
- Communicate complex policy information to diverse stakeholders and the general public effectively.
- Oversee the implementation of community development programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records and prepare detailed briefings for senior officials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government or public sector administration.
- US Citizenship required for Federal positions.
- Ability to pass a standard background investigation and security clearance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and government-specific software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
