Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to department staff and the general public.
- Process and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of internal meetings, events, and outreach programs.
- Perform data entry, correspondence, and general office management tasks.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct them to the appropriate parties.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in a government or public sector setting is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
