Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and verification of state applications and permits.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of municipal facilities and records.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential digital and physical records.
- Respond to inquiries from the public, businesses, and state agencies with professionalism and accuracy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports for department heads.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local government regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
