Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycles for federally funded initiatives
- Coordinate with state/local agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage $5M+ budgets with transparent fiscal reporting
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for 15+ stakeholder groups
- Lead intergovernmental task forces during emergency response
- Conduct policy analysis for legislative recommendations
- Train staff on federal grant administration protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years government program management experience
- Federal grant management certification (preferred)
- Expertise in GAAP and OMB compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in government ERP systems
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Proven crisis management in public sector
- Knowledge of Georgia Sunshine Laws
