Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors
- Develop persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and reports tailored to funders' priorities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with program officers and funding partners
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and program narratives
- Manage grant application deadlines and ensure timely submission of all materials
- Track grant outcomes and prepare impact reports for funders
- Stay current on funding trends and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Non-Profit Management, etc.)
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record of securing $500K+ in annual grant funding
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Experience with CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce, Little Green Light)
- Knowledge of non-profit financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
