Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and distribute mail/packages with 99.9% accuracy
- Efficiently deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses daily
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation
- Operate mail processing equipment (scanners, sorters) safely
- Provide exceptional customer service at postal facilities
- Adhere to strict postal regulations and security protocols
- Perform light facility maintenance and organization duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Prior mail handling experience preferred but not required
