Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Nashville
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation
- Operate mail processing equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide courteous customer service when interacting with residents and businesses
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational procedures
- Manage and organize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Report any mail irregularities or delivery issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Reliable transportation to/from distribution center
