Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including grading, paving, and general cleanup.
- Assist in snow and ice removal during winter months.
- Operate light machinery such as dump trucks, rollers, and loaders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety regulations.
- Repair and maintain public facilities and roadways.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
